You wander around the Kaaba a lot

that he has hidden himself there

if he does not wander around the Kaaba, then wander around until we wander

Here you drink wine

There you wear a robe

How vain you strive

Here you torment people

There you are free from sin

How vain you think

Here your companion and neighbor is in pain and illness

You are there seeking help

What do you think, where does he ask you for such a thing

What a meeting that he knows nothing but to speak in one language

What a title that he knows nothing but dinars and dirhams from you is hard

What are you looking for that you are confused

You have lost your wisdom, perhaps you do not know

Become Zamzam, now be silent

Stay intoxicated in your poetry

They sew your lips like a carpet

Thousands are seditionists

They hang you at the door of the tavern

Fantastic breakdown. The point about not filling the water bottle completly is incredibly clever becasue it tricks the brain into thinking its just a hydration habit when its actually a movement system. I adopted the stairs-by-default rule about 18 months ago and now taking an elevator feels genuinely weird. Defaults really do shape behavior way more than most people realize.

Great post, Tobias. And great work. While it's not steps, I often use a "stand up" desk. Many more muscles in the body stay active when standing. Great job with your advice for daily steps!

Thank you, but I didn't mean poetry, and I have a poetic and even humorous poetry collection, but I have 30 years of practical experience in the field of supernatural sciences and metaphysics, so that even the memories of my cases are like a long story. I don't aim for fame, my aim is to make people aware of things they don't see. I have access to 50,000 manuscripts. The internet is weak in Iran, and because I want my material to be published accurately, I don't have access to a program. There is an organization in every country about supernatural sciences, but we must solve even national cases confidentially. We interact with all the partner organizations in the world, even the Vatican, but we should not be named. Recently, mystical groups such as the Circle or Satanism have gained followers with miraculous works. Some time ago, I eliminated a very powerful false prophet in Italy at the invitation of the Vatican. I am sorry for the superficial people.
